Who we are

What data we collect

• When you visit the website: we don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising tools and we don’t load resources from third parties. Fonts and images are hosted on this website.
• Hosting: the website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) only to serve the pages and protect against attacks.
• When you contact us: the contact form does not send data to a server. It opens your own email app with the message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. We only process the data you send us by email or phone (name, email address, phone number, message).

Why we use the data

We use your contact details only to reply to you, to prepare a quote and, if we work together, to perform the contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and for our business relationship, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep certain documents.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your country.
